Top Yard Rental’s are based is East Anglia and had found a plot of land in the heart of Cheshire for their second development project. Not being local to the area and having no contacts for materials they relied on their Groundworker to offer suppliers contacts and luckily for Eco-Readymix and Roger Bettley (Owner) Brian Elson of B.K. Elson Groundworks passed him Garry McHugh’s details who is the locals Sales Manager for Eco-Readymix and a beautiful partnership developed from there.
Many meetings where held with the client regarding the colour of the mortar they required as they wanted the two plots to blend in with the local area. Following several samples being delivered the couple decided to stick with Eco-Readymix natural mortar as they felt it not only blended in with the area, it also enhanced the brick colour.
Once the development got underway the discussion between Mr & Mrs Betts moved onto the plan for the floor screed package. Again, not knowing any local installers Eco-Readymix offered the contact details of a number of local screeders and after very careful deliberation the decision was made to offer the package to Easyflow who have undertaken a large number of projects in the Northwest area using Eco-Readymix and their full range of both Gylon Anhydrite screeds and Longfloor cementitious liquid screeds.
When we undertook this development we were working blind have never worked in this area of the country before. Our groundworker recommended a rep from Eco-Readymix and gave us his contact details and that moment changed everything. Not only did Garry McHugh assist us with mortar colour and natural samples to allow us to choose a colour that blended into the area which was important, he also recommended a number of local floor screeders who could install a full package of Eco-Readymix anhydrite liquid screed which was always our preferred product and an under floor heating system. Garry continued to support us by recommending other local suppliers for aggregates, skip hire and concrete. This help was invaluable to us and we were very grateful for it. We are hopeful we will secure more land in the area and will definitely be giving Eco-Readymix a call.
